We drop it off

Family-operated, not a middleman

Ophelia Staveley has spent 19 years moving debris across Milwaukee — starting on another company's truck and eventually building their own operation. When you dial (414) 236-4447, you reach the family that owns every container, drives every route and picks up the phone on Saturday mornings.

A lot of dumpster rental sites are middlemen who hand your job off to whichever hauler is available. We are the crew that actually arrives.

From the people next door

“They gave me clear instructions on repositioning my vehicles so the truck had room, and the container touched down exactly on the marks I drew.”
Mike T. · Kitchen renovation
“We loaded it quicker than planned and they had a replacement container on site the following morning with no hassle at all.”
J. Alvarez · Estate clearing
“Hired them for a roof strip and then a full cleanout four weeks later. Same team on both jobs, same person answering the phone every time.”
Angela P. · Roof removal

Common questions, direct answers

Where does the container go?
Any spot our truck can access without issue — your driveway, side yard, or the street if you have a permit. Let us know which direction you want the door to face and we will position it accordingly.
How many days can I keep the container?
Seven days come standard with every size. Need additional time? Call or text us ahead of your scheduled pickup and we will extend it.
What materials are allowed in the container?
General household items, furniture, renovation debris, shingles, deck material, flooring and drywall. No paint, fuel, tires, batteries or freon-containing appliances. Yard waste, soil and concrete go in a dedicated heavy-debris container.
Is a permit required in Milwaukee?
Not when it sits on your own driveway. If the container must be placed on a public street, the city of Milwaukee requires a right-of-way permit — we will point you to the correct office.
Which size is the most popular with homeowners?
The 20 yard. It covers a kitchen renovation or a complete house cleanout, and it is the container we drop off most often across Milwaukee. If your project calls for less space, we will let you know and send the 10 or 15 instead.
